[Resolved] Aircel — Data validity fraud | |||||
I have recharged my mobile number from aircel website, recharge amount is Rs. 279 for data package. When i use my data my talk value is been deducted. I even called customer support but no proper response. They have put my call on hold. Attached is my screenshot showing my data balance with no data validity. If my talkvalue gets deducted everytime when i use internet on my mobile. What is use of the recharge. Worst customer support team. They just provide with complaint numbers but doesnt get resolved.
