[Resolved]  Aircel — Want to deactivate 3G mobile internet

My Mobile number is [protected].
I have activated 3G-3GB plan.
Today i just asked to deactivate my Internet service. But the customer care guy said i have to wait for 24 hours without using the Internet. then only they can deactivate. But they will charge for that 24hrs without using Internet.

What is the point to not deactivate as per customer request.
Why should i pay for 1 day service cast even i haven't utilized the Internet.

If i ask this they are saying it is a procedure. for thier procedure why should i pay.
Deactivate my internet or i will close my connection and i will move to other network. Since i am using aircel for 10yrs if you aircel doing like this why should i go with this.

I am not satisfied with aircel network, on daily basis most of calls call droped.

I think aircel is worst network & must banned on aircel.I am using aircel last 2 years.aircel call rate is also high rate than other.when i am in full network area sound is little bit cleared.government should stop aircel in india. i decice to port my number.

This is madhuri.I am in the bangalore.one day I activated the daily internet pack 9 rs.But, I want to deactivate the pack now.The option is not there to deactivate that pack.I tried so many times to customer care.The customer care numbers are not responding.pls accept my complaint and do it immediately.
