dear sir, i have made several requests to your customer service to deactivate my cricket 50 ps pack. even though i have not choosen this optipn.. they are responding properly, hence i did not recharged my cell with any amount. i have also port request and your people said offer will be given to me. it is also not yet activated and i further complains you your customer care service is always busy. lot of times i called. it is said that by your computer voice that all lines are busy. except that no representative is not connected. if it is repeated i choose another network. my ccell no.
