I'm a new customer o[censored]r aircle where I came to know that the aircle is providing a good services due to which
I disconnected the services from tatadocomo and I came to your services . But i had a very bad experince with your customer care. without my concern the one of the packages been activated in my account and the amount got deducted
and your customer care people will wont give to any correct answer I called 3times to your customer care every time I got a different answer from different executive, and today i got a message that pocket store been activated in my account iam really annoyed wit your services that without my concern, permission how can a package get activated? I[censored] people maintain a track of call recording please cross check what experince I faced. I came to know that there was negative balance in my account your one of Your customer care executive commited that there will refund the amount with in 48hrs please make sure I want a refund . Its my humble request that I want to deactivate all the additional packages which been activated in my account .
