Aircel — Decuction of Account Balance without any consent of mine | |||
I, Netai Chand Chatterjee, am the owner of Aircel GSM Sim [protected]. I registered DND through customer care representative from the very beginning of this SIM. But, surprisingly I am getting message from Aircel about deduction of account balance for activation of different services without my consent. Repeatedly I tried to contact with customer care representatives through 198 but either they could not have any answer due to server down or failed to reach them due to call termination. Moreover they activated a funny caller tune which is against my personality and hampering my social status. I sent message to stop that song but it is still active. I had a good impression about Aircel. But sorry to say they are nothing but a traitor. Please suggest me how I could rescue myself from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
