My main account balance has been automatic deduct what is tha reason I don't know its very bad service I think I will change my Sim card i[censored] don't return my balance.I don't like this type of service.kindly refund my balance otherwise I will change my network. What is the program of this network I don't understand. What should I do for that u please kindly suggest.
