[Resolved] Aircel — Deducted Rs 780 from my balance

Aircel is stealing money from customers I had Rs. 781 balance on my prepaid number . Yesterday, I realized that the Rs. 780 was deducted and on contacting customer care they told me I used 52 MB . For that they deducted Rs 780 from my balance I have landline internet broadband and Vodafone 4G wifi dongle and I know i have not used my mobile data. Also why would I use internet without any pack since service providers fleece customers when there are no packs. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
