Aircel — Deducting balance without any information | |||
I ported from Vodafone to aircel last month. Aircel gave me some offers also. But now they are deducting my balance once a week. They are doing it in a way that If i have 20 rupees balance they will cut 15 rupees and if i call customer care they will tell you subscribed to some service. If i have 10 rupees in my balance they will cut 5 rupees and told the same thing when i call customer care. They provide me number to deactivate the service which i didn't activated. If i call to the number they are telling there are no subscriptions on my number. And frustrating thing is customer care executive will not connect call to representative more than 1 time in 2 days.
