Aircel — deducting balance without permission and activating unwanted services

1 dial n chat service was activated in april automatically i complaint and amount was reversed but on may that same service renewed but amount didnt refunded to me. and again when i call to 198 to complain they didnt talked properly n that same day on 7th of may2014 bcz i complaint so they started to make me irritate by sending such company massages they sent me 17 text massages in 47 mins and about 10 massages within 2 mins 2 again some service name RAJSTD11 was activated automatically when i complaints they replied i only activated which is false i am an Information Technology Expert MCA, Cyber Crime Investigator (search on google "hemant kumar mehra") or http://in.linkedin.com/in/hemantkumarmehra i am not just a fool so i activated those services by mistake. and again they missbehaved me. totally AIRCEL cheating its customers. -- HEMANT KUMAR MEHRA MOB : [protected]
