Aircel — Deducting money without valid reason | |||||
Today I recharged (2G plan) for my prepaid mobile ([protected]) with Rs 148. As soon as I recharged my account balance went down to Rs 62! If you're saying there was no balance deudcted, how come my balance did not show at Rs 148 ?? Instead it showed Rs 62. Where did the difference go?
I CAN NOT visit your store for YOUR fault. Please resolve the issue ASAP.
