Aircel — Deducting my balance for unknown applications | |
Dear sir,
i am student .i really dont know how to use the applications that are activated in my phone .even i have not subscribed for it still it has been activated and my balance has been deducted.the application is names as juiceup weekly which has been charged rs 35/-.every week this kind of applications is coming to my aircel number and money from my balance is reduced
i request you to please deactivate these kind of applications from my number n refund my balance .

We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 30th Nov 2015 a content service "JUL7" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.35/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs 35 which will be credited to your account within next 24hrs.
