[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction balance from my account | |
Dear team, this is shakti prasad nayak and my mobile number is [protected]. i using aircel sim since last 3years but i m not satisfay on customer care. on 21 october 4:36pm 12 rupees deduction from my account. i called custumor care 5 times but always saying now system is down. u can call after 4 hours. pls solve my problem and return my balance otherwise i will reject aircel. never will use aircel sim. thanks. I have activated 3 R's internet pack few days back and getting deducted 3 rs everyday requested so many times with deactivation code but not able to stop this service. I have also tried to call up customer care service but could not get connected.
