Aircel — Deduction from balance

hi. Sir everyday Rs1 is deducting from my balance sfter the renewal of BH121LOC1 Which i never subscribe . When i contected customer executive she gave me the code *121*0010# And when itried to diactivate this service with this code all the time this code is showing its failure and again when iam trying to contact customer care they are not entertaining me.It is a request with u to take the action and stop the deduction

sir my name is sandeep and my aircel no is [protected] EverydayRs1 Is deducting from my balance after the renewal of BH121LOC1 Which ihave not subscribe .please diactivate it whenever iaam calling customer complaint no 198 all the time iam getting it busy . Whenever i am sending sms to stop it theythey are sending me the message that no VVAS service is activated .Once they provide me the code *121*0010# but this code is not working . I think aircel has worst customer care service i will never recomend anybody to use aircel .

my name is Peer baksh. RAJDECPI9 has been renewed on your Aircel mobile. rs 9 deduct daily from my account. I get these message how i deactivate it. My no. is [protected] pls deactivate it.
