[Resolved] Aircel — deduction of balance from my account | |||
Respected sir My name is Nagendra singh. My aircel mob. no. is [protected]. I have recieved a sms on dated 28 oct 2014 timed 9:36pm. The sms was succesfully activated upe3g17. Before this my account balance was approx 35 rupees. But now this is rupees 10 only. How cheap is this. I didn't send any message or do any thing even my handset is locked. How is this possible. I want from you to take strict action on this cheap sucking thing. I think you will do the hopeful and needful on this matter. THANK YOU. Was this information helpful? | |||

But today again I get a message and Rs30 were deducted from my account and I didn't subscribe to anything. The screenshot is attached below. Please look into this matter, if this problem persists I will unfortunately be forced to stop using Aircel services. We do not expect these problems from a reputed company like Aircel.

My name is Shivam Azad. Today at 12:10:43am a message came of Activation o[censored]PE3G17, and my balance has been deducted. My actual balance is Rs.65 but after the activation of that my balance became Rs.28 only, since I had not activated this, it is automatically activated and deducted my balance i.e. Rs. 37. So, I want and it is my right to get back the money. So refund it as soon as possible.
