[Resolved]  Aircel — Unjust deduction of main balance

Dear aircel, my number is [protected]. today morning i had 56 rupees in my balance and it got cut without any reason. i didnt subscribe to any service. then i recharged with 120 rupees in the evening, which also got deducted instantly. i dont know what to do. i request you to help me resolve this problem as i have lost a lot of money. the only message i got was of my netpack verification whose screenshot i will be attaching with this complaint. thanking you in advance, your valuable customer.

Dear aircel i have already complained before. My number is [protected]. Balance was continuosly cut from my main balance. Despite complaining so many times. No action was taken. And now i m ver frustrated as i hv lost a lot of money. I just recharged 60 rs. N now my balance is zero. Im very disappointed. U hv not solved the problem yet. I will switch to other mobile services if this continues

Dear Affan Amin,

Post system validation it was found that you had recharge with Rs 60 top up on 08/07/2016 at 14:07 and 49.17 was credited to your account where you had activated PI 22 (75 MB 2G/3G data, 3 days validity) at 14:08 and balance remain Rs 32.18. your browse internet on 08-Jul-2016 at 14:08:16 to 16:13:08 and Rs 32.16 has been deducted from main balance after consuming the data balance. Hence charged found correct. Please dial *129*125# (toll free) to check the data balance.
