[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction of main balance without any reason | |||
I purchased a sim card of aircel company whose number was [protected] on 18thof Sept 2014. It got activated on 20th of September. After the activation of the Sim I recharged it with an amount of Rs.50 and also activated an Internet pack. Then when I accessed the Internet my main balance was deducted now when I called the customer service they told me that the pack you activated was 2g pack and 3 g is active on your number but i didnt activated 3G on my number.So kindly look into the matter and also the customer service is very rude to customers they always lie and when we complaint about it they disconnect the call and barr the number So please kindly look into the matter that will be your most kindness Yours Sincerely Tariq Ahmad Zargar Ph no.
