[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction of my balance of Rupees 80 and PI of Rupees 98 not working | |||
This is regarding the poor and faulty service and absolutely zero customer support they provide at Aircel. I had recharged for 80 Rupees talktime and 98 Rupees Pocket Internet pack ( validity 21 days) on 16th August. Even though I made very few calls all my balance was eaten up and I was left with zero rupees in my mobile. To top it, my 2G service stopped working completely inspite of having recharged just two days before. I again recharged for Rupees 80 in the afternoon on 18th August and I found that my balance had evaporated again like before. I tried calling up the customer service at 121 about 10 times but my call was never diverted to the customer service executive. My call would get disconnected automatically after the round of automated introduction announcement of offers and services. This has led me to consider getting my number ported to some other network as I cannot make any calls on my mobile nor can I access the internet.This has created a lot of stress to me and wasted my hard earned money.
