Aircel — Deduction of net balance | |||
I did a recharge of Rs155 plan of 1GB 2G/3G, I barely used only only whatsapp and did browsing, on 25th of august i tried my whatsapp n fb but failed, so i checked the net balance by dialing *143*0# it showed 0.00(zero), i thought that it would be my fault fault so 26th august I did another recharge of Rs155 plan but this time aircel (fraud) company was faster than previous to deduct my balance.Again on 27th of august i checked the balance it showed 0.00(zero) . This time i called the customer support first a man picked the phone i narrated the whole story he then transferred to his senior then again I narrated the same to the senior she gave me the info about my usage as follow: first recharge on 23rd august: 137MB second recharge on 26th august: did'nt gave info, they told that they cant give so much info!! i requested them to transfer my balance back in my account as they have deducted it wrongly, but they said that "it's not possible" then again i recharged Rs23 plan on 29th august . Guess what?? Frauds are fraud . Is this the way aircel is running the company ?? Was this information helpful? | |||
