[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction towards net pack

My phone no [protected]. Aircell is deducting 98 towards data pack without my consent. on contacting customer care they are refusing to entertain nether any complaint is being lodged. I want refund and decactivation of data pack. Aircel fraudulantly deducting the doing this. I have neither given any concent to do the same. but still they are deducting it.
