Aircel — Despite having net pack and data.. deduction from main balance | |||||
On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair balance deduction. Now on 24 may i received message stating that my complaint is resolved but still i am being charged for data service from my main balance. Pathetic service. I want my data pack that i recharged for along with my balance which was deducted. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Mine also same case! I can suggest; burn the aircel SIM and go for other service; I feel Airtel is comparatively better!

But by not intimating customers who subscribed to this pack and have been recharging with the same amount every month, AIRCEL suddenly a day before changing the benefits of one of the mostly used pack of big amount. This clears Aircel intentions for making money through wrong way. This is one of the reason I have stopped recharging my Aircel number for data pack until I get my refund. As suggested by another person above I bought a new sim of Airtel and recharging that for data pack. Not gonna give you any extra income for such fraud.
