Aircel — Did a recharge of 103 rupees. Amount deducted, but recharge not received | |||
This is the second time i am facing this pathetic service frm aircel. These guys deduct the amount if you do from online recharge but there is no refund .Last time i did a recharge on 30th august of 279 that is also not solved and on 13th again i did a recharge : 13 Sep 2014AHDF[protected]-AIRCELMOBILEBILLDESK[protected] Sep 2014103.00 Details are above but no recharge done. There costumer service is very pathetic. I called they said they will connect to manager but again they hang and again i tried i was not able to connect. A total of 382.00 i have already had in the last 15 days. Want a quick solution on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
