[Resolved]  Aircel — Did not get aircel to other local 125 mins in recharge of rs 299.00

Hi,

I recharged in my Aircel number([protected]) of Rs 299.00 on 17th July 2014 which is Aircel to Aircel 5000 mins + 299 mb internet + 125 mins for Aircel to Other Local, I got Aircel to Aircel 5000 mins + 299 mb internet but I did not get 125 mins for Aircel to Other local call. I called in customer care as I was informed that my recharge was not successful and balance is Rs 0.00, I said if my recharge was not successful then how I am able to talk aircel to aircel free and also getting internet use. This is very bad that we are getting wrong info from Aircel Customer care and no proper resolution. I was bit rude on call coz I was not getting proper answer. I NEED MY 125 mins Aircel to Other Local minutes as my recharge is successful.

Hope to get positive response ASAP.
