[Resolved] Aircel — Disconnected sim services | |||
Sir/Madam, I tr vijayalaxmi recently migrated from idea net work to Aircel as idea network signal is very low in my locality, and hoping that Aircel will give more service to me, but sir since last Wednesday, 21, st may 2014 my SIM is disconnected, when I enquired the customer car center they registered my complaint and said that within 24 hours will be solved but so far neither communicated nor solved my problem. I also went to Aircel office at sanatnagar, Hyderabad., for clarification they told that TRAI has blocked my SIM and wanted true copies of address proof and ID proof, so I have given them on Friday, 23rd May 2014 my SIM is not activated so far. I wonder how any one can block my SIM even after submitting proper documents and without giving any indication and even after repeted requests how a reputed network like AIRCEL and their customer care who says 24x7 assistance to customer will neglect the customer service, this is really shocking to me.
