[Resolved]  Aircel — Due to sudden reduction of my balance

I had just done a recharge of rs.20/- yesterday night and by today morning all of my balance is deducted... even any pack is not activated... every time i take a new sim this is the problem i face. i need my balance should be refunded back. y would you people always cut the talktime from newly activated numbers. every time i take a new sim this is the problem i am facing. i just want to add my vocher balance into my account
