Aircel — Excess billing in month of feb.

Dear sir namaskar my mobile no.is [protected] in month of Feb. I disconnecte my net pack with is 98 rs.per month 2g .this pack going to finish on 26 Feb in mid night .on 26th noon I ask my balance they show me 360. And know that when my net close and I stopped net usages. Next day I ask my bill they show me 1690 I shocked and continue to calling customer care.they said you have used net on 25th and 27th is not true.i reguesting to them but they did not listening to me .and block my phone since that they are sending me bill .with net pack and 149 rental charge every month now they reached 2200 without using anything.my credit limit is 750 and they increase himself 2000 .ten times I did it mails and one written complaint to the athourity. But no one take any action no one talking to me just they are trying to increase my bill any how .is not bed thing I request to you please stopped everything and give a chance to continue this .please give your kindness.i can't pay this money.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to inform you that the bill of Rs1617 has generated on 27th February 2016 from the billing period 27/01/2016 to 26/02/2016 wherein you have been charged Rs.1059/- (including service tax) for GPRS usage. The 98 pocket inert pack had been deactivated on 25th February 2016. The services of the number have barred on 29th February 2016 and subsequently services of the number have been suspended. There is no Issue found at our end.
