[Resolved] Aircel — excessively charged without reason,tollfree complaint no. not getting connected.

I recharged with FTT of Rs..60 on 5.12.2014.I have call rate of 1P/2sec.I have not made calls of more than Rs.10 but suddenly I found balance of Rs.37 on 10.12.2014.same thing happened in my earlier complaint just 10 days before and iI was told that I used intenet by your call executive which was not correct.I also requested for DND service but no initiative taken yet.I really sorry to say that this horrible experience may force me to switch over to other network. sorry to say that again today on 12.12.2014 my balance suddenly reduced to Rs.30, talked to customer care person but got illogical & absurd answer.
