Aircel — False msg send and deducted more balance

My mobile no [protected] useing in tamilnadu since 2008. Now this year sep 26 came to Hyderabad from that day onwards they often send msg that all incoming call free and outgoing call only will be charged at 60 pause per minute and local SMS and other 25 and38 pause per SMS but they deducted 1.rupees per call and incoming calls are deducted with out informed manner please kindly resolve this problem
