Aircel — got harsh and negetive responce from customer care representative MR.Mohammad while asking him to receive a serious complaint . | |||
Hi, This is Tirtha Sarkar . I am a subscriber to ur connection service for last on year time span . I have taken a Kolkata sim card while i was there and now have landed in Bangalore . I was using that sim in roaming so far and somehow from ur side a full day songs pack got activated almost 3 weeks back . Today i got a local aircel simcard and called up the customer care . One representative took the call and deactivated the pack but harshly put the liability on me and told me that i have activated that and transfered the call but no one picked it up though it was ringing for a long while . One again when i called up, Mr. Mohammad recieved the call and spoke harshly and loudly and disconnected the call all of a sudden .. This is not the behaviour what we expect from the customer care side . My point is, you may look into this and for sure you will end up with the conclusion that i dint activate the pack, neither it happened anyhow from my side .
