[Resolved]  Aircel — Customer care agent

Worst customer care.. They don't even know how to talk plus lies blatantly when the customer complains. Like the time i recharged my net pack and did not receive any net benefits. Called up for 3 days. Some of them just hangs up the phone and some lies blatantly. Worst ever customer care agents. Never using aircel again and will never suggest aircel to anybody

I did my mobile recharge on 21/8/2016 at 1.35 am (approx) via aircel website and it show success and money deducted from my bank account.but i still not received those recharges. i tried to complain on customer care number but they said system not showing any recharge on my number. Please give my money back or do the recharges.
