[Resolved] Aircel — Account updated with the wrong details

Hi team,

Today i found that my sim is showing as deactivated then i call to your customer support team that time the lady was saying that your number is active however this is updated with the wrong details, account is updated with someone others name not as my name (Anil kumar pal), i am using this no. ([protected]) from last 5-6 years, team please updated it as soon possible with my name & address, rest of the details if your want so i'll be able to tell you but please resolve this major concern as soon as possible, i don't why your system is not updated from last 5-6 years, i remember i purchased this sim with my details how can is this possible that sim can be updated with someone others details.

Thanks for your reply, But i want to one small answer is this possible that you haven't updated your database from last 5-6 years, , this quite strange to me.. I hope i won't face this type of issue ahead.
