Aircel — Incoming and outgoing barred | |||
Hi Aircel, My Mobile Number is [removed], I have been using this number since 2007. I have lost my mobile on March 27, 2014. So I called customer support and asked them to block my Number and they did. Please refer my Complaint Reference Number (1-[protected]). I got back my number from one of your Service Center's by provide an ID Proof and a Passport photograph on 15-April-2014. They asked me to wait for 24 hours to get the Sim activated. But still my incoming and outgoing called are barred. I even called 59059 to make sure my Number is activated. They said its already activated. But Still all my services are Barred. When I called your customer support, it seemed they are not technically sound, they asked me to switch off and on my mobile phone. Please do the needful.
