[Resolved] Aircel — Incorrect info given about product | |||||
I have made a recharge of 98rupees for data which showed a validity of 28 days on 20july. My mobile no is [protected]. It comes under andhra pradesh circle. I made the recharge only because it showed validity of 28 days. Post recharge the data was given validity of 3 days. I got back to aircel care, they assured me the validity extends in 48 hours. But it didn't happen. So, i called back customer care on july23, this time they told that it cannot be done because you may or may not get the validity and when i questioned about assurance given the representative just disconnected the call.
