Sir, mere aircel ka no [protected] hai jisme internet connection nahi hai aur na kabhi rqst dala, lekin 27/8/2016 ke bill me 537 rupye ka internet ka bill bata rahe hai jabki maine kabhi bhi aircel ka data istemal nahi kiya .kai complaint kiya. abhi tak bill sahi nahi kiya . phone karke harassment kar rahe hai .aircel ke khilaf legal action liya jaye aur mera bill sahi karake inse harassment aur chiting karne ke liye mujhe 1 lakh rupye harjana dilaya jaye

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Kaliram Tomar,

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to inform you that as per our record the charges are found correct as per your usage and the charges Rs.462/- found correct in your August month invoice[protected] as you have done the call on VAS number 57575601 on date Aug 17, 2016 9:48:47 AM for which you have been charged correctly as per standard charge there is no discrepancy has been observed at our end.

Furthermore, you may request for the full itemized bill to check your usage detail.
