I have MNP idea to Aircel calls and SMS are working, but internet not working in my no, I have change the 4 handset to check the same issue and the aircel call center people doesn't know anything. Kindly help to close the issue my no : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We require the following information for us to proceed further, full address, landmark, period of complaint, signal bars, error information and the handset model.

Dear sir,
I purchased aircel sim card on 5 apr 2015 with the amount of 255 rupees with 3g ultd data plan..
It activated on 7 apr. But after activation
1) INTERNET IS NOT CONNECTING
2) GETTING AN ROAMING SYMBOL ON SAME STATE.
With the above problem we registered a complaint to 198.They acceoted this as a Network problem and registered a complaint.
But till now the problem is not resolved..
So kindly do needful.
