Aircel — Invalid balance Deductions for GPRS | |||
Hi have recharged with Rs.155 on 9th February 2015. I received the Transaction ID and Balance - 1023.99 MB Instantly. I also had recharged Rs. 135 some days before. I had around Rs.120 Balance In Rs 135 Special Balance and 12.67MB of 2G Balance At The Time I Recharged Rs. 155. Inspite of That, I Was Charged o[censored]sing GPRS From My Rs. 135 Special Talktime Balance. When I Noticed This, The Balance Had Come Down From Rs 120 To Rs 51. 3G Balance remains The Same 1023.99MB and Also The 2G Balance- 12.67MB. I Registered a Complaint in 198 About This Matter on 10th Feb 2015. They Asked For 24Hrs time. From 11th Feb to 13th Feb I Could Not Reach The Customer Care, Everytime They Said Heavy Traffic. On 14th I Got Connected and After 35Minutes of Explaining My Situation, They Tried To Tell Me That You cannot Have an 135 and 155 Together. When I Pointed Out That This Was Baseless and I use These Two services Regularly, They Took Another Complaint. I Got a Call From Aircel Few Days Back. They Told Me That I Was Charged For Outgoing Calls And That's Why My Balance Got Deducted. When I Told Them To Explain, They Said That I Made Some Outgoing Calls on 14th Feb. Can You Simply Believe This ??? The Guy Took Complaint For 14th When I Complained About Balance Deductions For 9th Feb !!! You Guys Simply Lack Good Behavior And Problem Solving Skills. Making Errors Can Be Accepted, But lack Of Customer Service Is Intolerable. At Least Hear What The Customer Has To Say Properly. I Did Not Receive Any Call From Aircel After That, Nor Did I Receive Any Refund. I Want My Refund And An Apology For My Suffering. Please Do Not Come With Any Stupid Solutions. Becuase If You Do That And i Prove You Wrong, I Will Sue You Guys And Take You To Court. Was this information helpful? | |||

Post system check it has been found that you have recharged with rc 135/- on dated 31/1/2015 and received the benefit of 140/- free talk time and 150MB data. After that you have done outgoing calls and the free balance have been consumed from 1/31/2015 - 13/2/2015. Again, on 14/2/2015 you have recharged with 10/- then onwards for outgoing calls balance have got deducted from the main A/C. You have recharged 155/- on dated 9/2/2015 and have received 1GB 2G/3G data. For data browsing your have used up 150MB free data balance and also consumed data from 1GB quota which has now become 495.238 MB. Your's free balance have deducted for outgoing calls only and not for Data usage which is logical hence, not refundable.
