Aircel — Is there any reason to stay with Aircel ????

Dear aircel helpdesk My balance is deducting automatically.I am not happy with it so I want a full refund of the amount which is deducted from my main balance .Some services are automatically getting activated which I havnt ask for so I want immtdate refund or else I will make a formal compliant against aircel.I want some one to get back to with in 2 hr .My number is [protected].
