Aircel — Issues with recharges continuously | |||
Time and again I have been illustrating the lack of customer support from Aircel. Yesterday I posted a big post in their fb timeline to no avail. The next issue is, eventhough so much of data balance exists, i just recieved a message from Aircel that I have exhausted 100% of my data balance. I am not sure whom they are playing with!!! Can you please take a look at the screenshot below and let me know your comments. Totally frustrated. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the below screen shot provided by naveen who can use more than 600 mb till sep 8th then how come he utilized 100% of his quota ( other SS) . This is not at all fair . I am sure that he is one of the best customer who is perfect in plans and the payments... Could you please get it solved as soon as possible..
