Aircel — Lack of Service Provisions

On 23rd January 2015, I recharged my mobile with Rs155 which provided Rs 175 for talktime and 25 local and national SMSs for one month. The talktime service was used for not more than Rs 50. However, on 26th January I was left with Re 1 only. The custumer care services were unavailable every time I contacted. I request you humbly to look upon the matter.
