Aircel — Loss of my money and appropriate postpaid plan | |||
on 18/02/2015 I bought aircel postpaid sim from aircel sales executive plan of 299 but by MNP 250.Sales executive told me every month the bill will come 250 Rs only but Feb month I got bill of 457 Rs. I called customer care service they told me it is in 299 plan only not in 250.I told them clearly aircel sales executive only told me it is 250 rs plan .After that I was raised my issue in consumer complaints, I got call from aircer Chennai manager Mr.Herold "he told me the plan is yours in 299 only sales executive wrongly activated your sim so this month your bill amout is 457 kindly reduce rs 105 and make a bill". By the way I was billed rs 352, but from next day of billing date I got message from aircel to bill due payment of 105 otherwise your outgoing call will barred.Again I was called sales executive and I told him everything he was gave me another TL number I was called Mr.Rajkumar who is TL Chennai Circle he was told me you must bill rs 105 due amount then only we will process your aircel sim issues and outgoing call, I told him clearly its not my mistake your aircel staff only make a wrong commitment with me, and aircel lied and frauded me. Every one of aircel staffs worst in response I lost rs 210 they are frauding me, I need justice and my lost money, I want to resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
