[Resolved] Aircel — Made recharge of Rs.149 but balance never recieved | |||
I recharged of Rs.149 on[protected]:59:48 which i didn't receive balance. I was keep calling customer care since the day i made recharge but they are fooling by saying that it didn't get recharge, pls go back and ask the retail outlet. Easy recharge outlet got deducted their money and they said that i need to talk to Aircel customer care. At last i receive an sms from Aircel ref # 1-[protected] upon my complaint submitted to Aircel that "your complaint has been registered with us which will be processed by 25 oct 2014." on 25th oct 2014, i made a call and i got a surprise note that the Rs.149 recharge was successful which i by myself activated the internet pack for 130 and something called rate cutter of Rs.45. I am shocked to the Aircel has cheated me that why i will make recharge of Rs.149 and distribute them with data and all those useless things which i never used. Rc. 45 of rate cutter was already activated with me before on[protected]:36:15 which was for three months. Now, i felt that Aircel unwantedly activating offers to the customers who never request and doesn't have any knowledge that how to activate. I got a help and came to know that i have now Internet balance of 650mb and rate cutter upto 10th jan 2015. I have an objection that I already have RC.45 which supposed to be expire on 5th dec 2014 then why will activate from myself for rate cutter. this seems Aircel is cheating.
