[Resolved] Aircel — Migrate to post paid number to prepaid

Hi i am vino
my father having aircel number ([protected]) around 10 years. last year 2015 aircel change prepaid number to postpaid number. my father is an exservice -men he is a disability person his income also low. so after 3 months later he request to change prepaid number to postpaid number, but aircel office told to minimum must pay 1 year than only they can change. so my father paid 1 year 1 month now he again go to aircel office regarding this issue . they keep on telling different reason. his income also very low so please give any suggeston how to change post paid number to prepaid
