Aircel — MNP from Aircel to Idea | |||
Dear sir, I had applied for portability to idea network from Aircel with mobile No.[protected] thrice, but the response from Aircel is that they need time. I agreed to them and I waited in the mean time my MNP code expired and generated the second one and even that also has got expired. Now i've generated the third one and the code is CDT87623 which is valid till 27th of July 2014 but now Aircel is asking me to wait till next bill generation and after that they are asking to apply for a new MNP code. I'm really worried whether they will allow me to Port out of Aircel. I'm getting huge bills with Aircel that's the reason I want to port out to Idea but Aircel is not allowing me to port out. This is clear cut case of consumer harassment and agony. Please help me out in this regard Was this information helpful? | |||

Aircel customer care is very much horrible... During urgent times it keeps saying press this press that and all without forwarding the call to customer care. It is not at all friendly. We spend money calling customer care and response is bad.
