Aircel — My data balance valid for 7 days but they cleared my balance as zero due to 3 days validity | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Subject: My number: [protected] Pack activated: 42 [ 3g/2g] for 7 days validity Two days before i had recharged for rs.42 to activate 3g&2g internet pack for seven days validity. Yesterday after i disconnect my internet, the message i received is some data have been used and it shows you have the remaining 150mb data balance. Today while iam connecting internet and disconnect it, then they ill took 2rs charged. Then i had checked my limited data balance using *1333, it shows you not have any data balance (Mean: 00 0). Regarding this i had spoked to one of the customer care executive they says, the pack is valid for 3 days. But i have a browser copy of that pack that valid up to 7 days. Below here ill attach the html page copy for your reference. (Ranjitha the person who ask me to send the proof where i had seen that validity) So i kindly ask you to refund my data balance back. Waiting for your reply!!. After talking to customer care executive, i ogt irresponsible answer, their website not gets updated so. This is the reason they said. It's their own problem. So they pointing their problems as my side. Still nill website showing 42rs data pack valid upto 7 days. They not going to refund my money back, like that they saying. (Because of their faults why i want to loosing my money and data balance). Hopefully, please take this as my complaint and need my data balance of 150mb back!!
