Aircel — My number issued again without any notification

Dear Sir My number [protected] (Aircel) is not working and when i try to connect network it's showing "can not connect now please try again later". Then i tack to Customer Care he says this number is lunch again in market. But i use this from last more than 4 year and just because of currently i am in rooming so off it for only 1 month.
