Aircel — My Problem With Customer Care Service.And Balance keep on Deducting. | |||
My name Indrajit Saha using [protected] aircel number. My balance was keep on deducting by activating unwanted services. If i am going for help customer care service executives doesnt talking properly. They disconnecting call without hearing my problem completely. They blocking every aircel number from which i am contacting. When i am contacting from my friend number [protected] one customer care executive talking very negligent and blocked the number with the intimation. He disconnected my call without hearing my problem. If this problem not solved i will proceed with further action legally... Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Indrajit,
Post system check we have found that your balance deducted due to Value Added Services "Hungama" which balance also refunded to you in the month of February 2015. No deduction found in March till date. Regarding call centre agent behavior necessary action has already taken as per company rule, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to him.
