[Resolved] Aircel — Please refund of rs. 49 | |
Dear sir, My mobile no.[protected]. My balance has been deducted of rs. 49 for pocket store fortnightly on 15.04.16. I did know how to activate and please refund of rs.49. I cannot understand without my permission to deducted of rs.49 for pocket store fortnightly. It passed two days, they will not have gone message of deactivate pocket store and refund of rs. 49 of aircel companies. This is your kind information and please do the needful. I have net balance money of pl 28. But when I use my aircel net then my main account balance is dedied. Aircel customer care can not provide me a good solution, and can not give any information. . Plz give me solution to use my account balance fulfillment in feature.

Most of the time there will be no signal available in my area .
if call connects also there will be interruptions.
even if the signal strength is full GPRS will not work.
neither at office nor at home i am getting proper network coverage.
