Aircel — Network problem & outgoing voice is reaching person

My no is [protected] from Bikaner, Rajasthan.from last couple of days there is a problem that out going voice does not receive for the call receiving person. So pls solve this problem as early as possible. We are in problem because no one can connect from us.so again I request to authority person to solve this majaor problem so we can use your company services.again & again humble request
