Aircel — New sim not properly activated | |||
Last month 22 October 2015, I bought aircel new sim[protected], till now outgoing calls not activate. I called 4-5 times customer care with another aircel number, they take complaint and without solution automatically complaint closed, but issue will not solve till now. Thanks for your reply.
I bought Aircel New sim before one month 22 October, but outgoing call not active always i called to another number, it's only connecting verification centre, they told our verification side is clear, you call to 198, then I called to 198 in another aircel number (because outgoing call not active in this new sim), 4-5 times i give complaint, now one month gone, not responding properly.
Till now outgoing calls problem not solve.
Please take correct action.
