Aircel — No proper Range & call drops,Wrong Billings ,Data Plan changed without Intimation

I am an Aircel customer[protected] for the last 16-17 years since erstwhile RPG, 1.I stay & work from Annanagar in chennai the connectivity is so bad that there are a lot of call drops, it shows fully connectivity & in a few seconds it changes to no connectivity & very little connectivity, had complained about this by mails & over phone for the last 4-5 months but till today no action has been taken to resolve the situation, the engineer had visited once and after checking he said it would be resolved in a couple of days but there has been no improvement till date . 2.I am in a plan of 1000 minutes Outgoing & roaming Incoming & out going etc but while travelling out of chennai, I had manually chosen Aircel Network & though the screen shows Aircel calls are routed thru other operators & I am charged with Roaming charges for the last 1 year Raised a complaint by mail many times but this has not yet been resolved nor has the company resolved the same, on customer care the customer care executive agrees that it is wrong but say we are helpless & will escalate the matter . 3.Today when i called the customer care number, i had to call atleast 6 times to speak to a customer care person & while discussing about the plans, i was suddenly informed that Data plan o[censored]nlimited Net connectivity @ Rs 128/- has been discontinued & the compay has changed the plan to chargeable arbitrarily which is totally unfair without any intimation to me, I request that people from Aircel Read this complaint & resolve the issues pending unresolved .

Very surprising that you have mentioned that the issue has been resolved by speaking to me, which is totally false .
I had received a call from some lady asking me where is the problem in getting connectivity & she then had informed that a technical person would be coming to check but till today no body has visited or resolved issue of connectivity nor have the excess billing issue & change of plan been resolved, this is totally false & wrong from Aircell, they are just trying to close the issue by mentioning false this, Request the issues raised may resolved immediately .
