[Resolved]  Aircel — No responce from appallette / plan change w/o my approval / no guidance for post to prepaid

Aircel appallete ack: (Ern[protected]ggwjt) - already i have made a complaint to aircel appallete via email regarding the followings:

1. Why you have change my existing plans without my written approval?

2. Why the agent offices do not co-operate and neglect my request for
Post paid to pre paid change?

3. Why your officials not assure to give the acknowledgements against
Complaints.

I have approch your tirupur office your officials are give an false commitments.
